Getting an Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Birchbox.
One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. Submitted my resume, got a call a month or two later from the recruiter and we had a basic phone screen. Was invited into the office to meet with the hiring manager, which lasted 30 min. Went well and during that meeting she said she wanted me to meet with other team members as well as complete an exercise. She also mentioned they had another candidate in the pipeline that they liked very much, which I thought was a bit odd and unnecessary. Four additional interviews were scheduled with team members, I was sent the exercise to complete within one week, and they set up two separate meetings with the co-founders. This all happened at the same time. The additional interviews went well, and I put a lot of effort into the exercise (60 day plan for the part of the business I was interviewing for). On the day of the meeting with the first co-founder/CEO, I got a call about 30 min before the meeting telling me not to come because they'd prefer to meet me together. Fine. Then they told me that one of the CEOs was not available to meet during the second CEOs scheduled time, so they would have to reschedule. It took 2 weeks to reschedule the meetings. Got an email two days before the meeting saying that I would only be meeting with one of the CEOs now. Got another email the day before the meeting (again) saying that the CEO had to take an unexpected trip and now was unavailable. Then radio silence. Haven't heard a peep since then. In all, this was one of the most disorganized, disrespectful interview experiences I've ever had. I can only imagine what it's like to work there if they treat candidates in this manner.
