Keep doing what you are doing. It is nice that management doesn't just sit in an office - they are part of the team & help where ever they are needed. It is part of why our office has such a great "team work" structure!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BirdDogHR.
Meeting with VP of Sales and another with the CEO. Very personable in both and outlined what mine and their goals are with the company. I was told about the history of the company, where I would fit in cycle, and the sales model. We went over my resume for ways my experience would work well in the Sales roll.
