The interview is process is quite extensive intially. There is no phone interview. I was interviewed by a panel during my first intial interview. The questions were basic interview questions, such as: tell me about a time, etc. – Full Interview
Interview Question:
Tell me about a time when you had a vision of how something should be done, but that vision didn't come to light? How did you handle that situation?
