    Pros

Work with passionate, smart, kind people - by far the best thing
On many products, ability to work hands-on and see your stuff out there in the real world
    Cool legacy - BitTorrent
Palooza (do projects on your own time)

    Cons

Management can be unfocused, trying to do too many things at once
Communication is unnecessarily dramatic at times
Can be fantastic or terrible depending on your attitude and your match for the team/project

    Advice to Management

Vision and management has improved a lot in past couple years but much work remains. Focus more on hiring/nurturing great people and getting out of their way.

    Interview

This was one of THE worst in person interviews I ever been on. I met with about 4 different people at their San Francisco office. The director and ad operations manager were not on the same page regarding what this role entailed. The director told me this was only project management work while the ad operations manager said "he told you that?" and tested me on my ad ops background. I told her that on the phone interview with him, I mentioned that I am moving away from ad ops and just wanted to do pm work and he said that would be fine for this role. In the end, I wasted a chunk of my time because they did not stick to the job description on hand which was already vague to begin with.
