I have been working at BizX full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

BizX is an ever-changing, fast paced environment where I am constantly challenged to be creative and solve problems. Recent changes to employee benefits are a great bonus and the changes in the working environment have been really helpful. I really enjoy working here!

    Cons

We're a small business with some growing pains. While that can be considered a "con", I see it as a "pro", in that my input is sought AND valued and I get to be a part of the company's growth and future.

    Junior Account Manager Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at BizX.

    Interview Details

I had a phone interview with HR for the Jr. Account Manager position who seemed to really like me. She didn't do a great job "selling" the company, but I was interested nonetheless. After more research into the company, I didn't really understand the concept. I was supposed to have an in-person interview with her when she was in town but she never contacted me. I called and left a message but never heard back from her. I got an email from her later to meet with one of the founders of the company. When I went to their office, it was in a shabby building that smelled weird. He fidgeted the entire time and made me feel extremely awkward. He also spoke for about 90% of the interview and sounded like he was trying to justify the company. In short, don't waste your time on this company.
