I have been working at Block CommunicationsPros
The Company is very technology driven. The benefit package is top notch and unmatched in the region or field.Cons
Many times when employees have concerns it fall upon deaf ears in the lower and mid management ranks. The senior management tend to be very hands off and rely too heavily upon mid management to find out how the company is functioning. Lower and mid management puts on a happy face to the senior staff even if everything is crumbling around them. On the technological side there are very few people to turn to when there is a question in the field and lower management in many cases feels that they don't need to know any of the answers.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Senior management should two or three times a year go out into the field with technicians and installers to get a better grasp on the practices that they enact to see the effect it has on the subscribers and employees. This used to happen regularly but in the last few years they have gotten away from it.Recommends
