I worked at Bloodcenter of Wisconsin

    Pros

Very fulfilling and rewarding organization to work for. They hire and develop amazing employees who support a positive work environment. There are unlimited opportunities for training, professional development and promotion.

    Cons

Standards are set very high and some goals are very difficult to attain. High achieving, driven, results-oriented employees will do well, but it is not an environment for everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to recognize and reward those employees who are performing well and ensure that others who are not meeting performance standards are addressed appropriately.

    Interview Details

Received a call from HR about 2 weeks after submitting my online application to set up to set up an interview. Interviewed for about 1.5 hours with HR, and 4 different people from the department. They mostly asked about my resume, school experience, and why I wanted the job. I got the offer about 3 days later.
