    Pros

Well known, large company. Carries a degree of clout and recognition. Company extremely wealthy, and can throw money at any problem that needs it (assuming management thinks it worthy). Top notch amenities, great health plan.

    Cons

reviews totally subjective. No one gets a good review in order to justify no raises or bonuses. Management comes from other industries that don't understand the job that they are in, and then blame salespeople for not successfully performing under ridiculous guidelines and directives

    Advice to Management

try listening to your salespeople.. they know the issues on the street much better than you do. Get rid of dead weight, and replace it with EXPERIENCED and kNOWLEDGEABLE people. If you want top talent, you have to pay for it. And if you stop rewarding your salestaff, they stop performing... mistreat them long enough, and they just do just enough to to get fired. Stop tossing out your best people because they earn too much.. They are the ones that are brining in the money, and training your inexperienced staff.
