Good shifts on 12 hr schedules,

A lot of turnover in workforce. Not as much support from administration.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees concerns and try to retain seasoned staff.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blount Memorial Hospital.

4+ weeks before I was asked to come in for an interview. Interviewer talked about the position for the majority of the interview and only asked me two questions. Was told that I would be called within a week either way. Sent an email and called once after waiting past the deadline with no response. Three weeks after the interview, I received a letter in the mail from the interviewer with a generalized rejection message (the same message you receive anywhere else). That just seemed like a real slap in the face.
