I worked at Blue Arrow part-time (More than a year)
- Flexible work: 0 hour contract, not pressure to work. - Large Variety of work opportunities within the Catering industry. - Easy sign-up, only one or two test to take before you can start working. - Nice feeling of community amongst fellow employees. - Regular work opportunities arise e.g. being posted to a client site for one week. - Friendly, polite and respectful managers. - Paid over 21's minimum wage despite being under 18.
- Wouldn't get fully compensated for fuel costs of going to client sites. - Automatically deduct tax form your salary, even if you're working part time and are unlikely to be earning over the tax threshold.
Advice to Management
- Some performance-related bonuses would be nice. - Should really fully compensate staff for travel.

Got a call back from the agency 5 days later, offered the job, started the following week,
