I have been working at Blue Cross (MA) full-time

Good benefits and relatively competitive compensation. eWorker program saves commuting time. Work-life balance is good, too. Rarely have work after 4:30 PM.

Improving anything is difficult due to people who are set in their ways and resistant to change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase compensation to be more competitive, become more open to change and improvement, and try to get the bottom performers out so others can advance.

I applied online. The process took 2 months - interviewed at Blue Cross (MA).

    Interview Details

Applied online. A couple of phone interviews (HR, Hiring Mgr) then onsite for several hour long interviews. Overall a rather routine experience but on the slower side. Interviews were straight forward looking for specific experience which could be matched to job needs. Did not appear to be much coordination across different interviewers in question area etc.
