    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (Durham, NC).

    Interview

First, there was an assessment. If you passed the assessment, they would then call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview as about 30 minutes. It was with the managers of the department. The next week, I was set up with a face to face interview. The face to face interview was about 4 hours long. I met with people on the team, and the managers, and the manager of the whole department. I emailed the managers to thank them for the interview. Two weeks passed, and nothing. I contacted the HR rep for that role, and she informed me that they went internally. I did ask for feedback on the interview or on things that I could do better, but the managers did not get back to me.
