I have been working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Work life balance, back up daycare center, opportunity to earn a higher degree, great job for working Mother's.

    Cons

Major concern with shipping work overseas or outsourcing within different areas leaving your tenured employees without a job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in the talent that you have at the company. Don't outsource leaving your employees without a job. Those that are impacted by the outsourcing help them find other employment within the company.
