    I have been working at Blue Fountain Media full-time (less than a year)


    I cannot say enough good things about working at BFM. Coming right out of college, getting a job with BFM right away has been the biggest blessing. The atmosphere is very enjoyable and the people are amazing. The company has a young, energetic feel and it really is enjoyable to come to work. They encourage employees to grow their skills and advance themselves within their respective fields. Working here has proven more educational than many college courses, and certainly more fun than any other job I've had before.


    There really aren't any issues I would consider major cons. From time to time you'll find yourself with a lot to get done by deadlines, so it can be a bit stressful, but nothing you wouldn't encounter at any other agency.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You guys are doing a fantastic job with the work/life balance and keeping the office a fun place to work. Keep it up!!

    I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Blue Fountain Media in February 2015.

    Interview Details

    Applied online and received an email the next day from the talent acquisition manager expressing interest in setting up phone call to discuss the position the following day.

    The following day phone call went great, questions were pretty standard and about right to gauge my knowledge of the industry. At the end of the call I was told I would hear back from the manager (within a day or two) to set up an in person interview the following week. I emailed the manager shortly after the phone interview to thank them, and I never go a response back nor did I ever hear from the manager again which I find pretty rude and unprofessional.
