    Pros

It's really great to see a company that is so excited about the work that they're doing. They really take employee wellbeing into account and the staff is very talented.

    Cons

It can feel very top heavy at times. There are a lot of people with higher up positions (it feels like everyone is a VP) but not too many entry-level positions to get work done on the ground floor.

    Advice to Management

Hire more entry-level people for teams so that your superiors don't get overwhelmed and burn out.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blue State Digital.

    Interview

The interview process was pretty long, but very relaxed. Typically applicants will start off with a phone interview then go through a round of on-site and video interviews. If you're applying for a technical position, you should be ready to talk about projects that you've worked on in the past.

We work with some of the world’s leading nonprofits, advocacy groups, and brands to mobilize their communities to take action. We got our start on the campaign trail, but right away we understood that the same people-focused and data-driven strategies that helped elect four presidents (including Barack Obama twice) could benefit other organizations, too. So when the NAACP ... More

Mission: We believe that when people come together around their shared passions, they do can nearly anything. Spark a movement. Raise millions of dollars. Rally an army of advocates. Reinvent an organization. Even transform a marketplace.
