I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ monthsinterviewed at BlueArc in December 2010.

What recommended by a recruiter. Had intial phone interview and then a 1:1 with present boss. Months passed between intial interview and follow up phone conversation and then renewed interviews about 5 months later. Once through those rounds of interviews went through a process of negotiations.
