    Pros

Great culture! People love working here. Very relaxed environment, casual dress, dogs in the office, etc. The work is fulfilling and the company's mission to help people "use less and spend less" is one I personally believe in. Terrific energy -- a very fast paced fast growing company! Management is transparent and communicates really well. Truly the best place I've ever worked!

    Cons

Not many, but sometimes the hours can get pretty long. My commute is also pretty long. All worth it though.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! I came upon this site after google searching the company's name. I was shocked to see some of the poor reviews. Clearly just disgruntled ex-employees who couldn't hack it. Not everyone can keep up with the pace of this company. Lazy people, blamers, political players, etc. never last long here because the employees quickly identify them and run them out. This company wouldn't be doing as great as it is if employees weren't happy!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a dayinterviewed at BlueStar Energy (Chicago, IL) in March 2010.

    Interview

Interview process was very smooth, the whole process was done in the span of one week. The culture here seems to be tightly knit and all business. The employees seem to share one long work space as desks. The company uses an Agile type of methodology for projects.
