    I have been working at Bluewolf full-time (more than an year)


    Young and energetic office culture, employees are generally treated well and tend to be motivated and enthusiastic, NY office is very nice and has a great location as well as a great view

    Cons development can be quite a drain for developers, clients can be very demanding, communication can get pretty poor and disorganized at times

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't micromanage so much. Tracability and accountability are good but too much of a focus comes off as hostile.

    Application Details

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Bluewolf.

    Interview Details

    I interviewed approximately 18 months ago and the process was extremely lengthy and tedious. I was put through 6 interviews - two of which the interview was late by 20 min or more - and the recruiter went radio-silent for weeks at a time in between each interview. By the 6th interview (over 2 months into the process), when I had to politely decline because I had taken another position, I will say that the hiring manager was quite gracious and professional about the fact that I simply had to make a decision and go elsewhere. I have kept in touch with various employees throughout the Salesforce community and will still confidently state that they have an excellent reputation for high-quality delivery of projects and strong customer focus but their interview process in and of itself is painful.

    • To be honest, I felt that all of the questions around technical experience and acumen were surprisingly basic considering the position was for a Senior-level Consultant. I actually expected the scenarios to require far more complex solutioning and strategy than simple custom objects and SFA.   Answer Question

    I had already been offered another position and attempted to contact the recruiter weeks prior but the recruiter was non-responsive. It was only once I spoke to the next hiring manager who was attempting to schedule a final interview and offer conversation that I was able to withdraw my application.
