I started my professional career in healthcare administration but quickly moved into healthcare IT. I have several years of technical training and change management experience. I love working with technology and helping users adjust to the fast paced changes in the workplace.

My wife and I along with our four dogs have recently relocated from Milford, OH to Chicago, IL.

Native of Buffalo, NY where I learned to walk softly and carry a big shovel, I graduated with a BA in Journalism and American History from SUNY Purchase College. Literally the day after graduation I moved to New York to pursue a professional career; working as a freelancer, venue-runner, and eBook project manager along the way. As a result I have an interest in urban planning, a good sense of direction, and possess an unhealthy wealth of random factual information.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months – interviewed at Bluewolf.Interview Details
I interviewed approximately 18 months ago and the process was extremely lengthy and tedious. I was put through 6 interviews - two of which the interview was late by 20 min or more - and the recruiter went radio-silent for weeks at a time in between each interview. By the 6th interview (over 2 months into the process), when I had to politely decline because I had taken another position, I will say that the hiring manager was quite gracious and professional about the fact that I simply had to make a decision and go elsewhere. I have kept in touch with various employees throughout the Salesforce community and will still confidently state that they have an excellent reputation for high-quality delivery of projects and strong customer focus but their interview process in and of itself is painful.Interview Questions

- To be honest, I felt that all of the questions around technical experience and acumen were surprisingly basic considering the position was for a Senior-level Consultant. I actually expected the scenarios to require far more complex solutioning and strategy than simple custom objects and SFA. Answer Question
