“There’s something about those Bluewolf people.”
We hear this time and again from our customers, our partners, and our community. Why? At Bluewolf, we call it the ‘moneyball’ factor: who you are matters as much as what you’ve done. We recruit for cultural fit, as well as expertise.
Bluewolf’s mission is to prioritize personal development, so we continue to be recognized for the best business consultancy talent. We invest in building our people’s expertise, cultivating teamwork, and encouraging exposure to different work environments and global cultures. As a result, our people step up and take ownership as individuals, but work together as a pack.
Why join the pack? Top Reasons to Work at Bluewolf:
I chose to work at Bluewolf because of its strong reputation as a leader in salesforce.com implementation and agile business process. Bluewolf's forward thinking and entrepreneurial approach make it a great place to work and play.

I started my professional career in healthcare administration but quickly moved into healthcare IT. I have several years of technical training and change management experience. I love working with technology and helping users adjust to the fast paced changes in the workplace.
When I flew out to interview with Bluewolf, it was my first time ever being in California. From the first time I walked in the office I knew it was going to be a good fit, and a great opportunity. Bluewolf gives me an excellent opportunity to work with fun, and intelligent people, and really choose my own path to success.
I was born and raised in Minnesota, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a BA in Business Management. I worked a variety of jobs in a number of fields before coming to Bluewolf. I'm very excited about this opportunity, and developing my career further.
I live by the motto "Find what you love in life...and do it!" (Jordan C. Shirey) and that has landed me with arguably Salesforce.com's most innovative partner. I chose to join Bluewolf because of their dedication to providing leading-edge solutions to many of the world's top companies. In addition, I know Bluewolf hires the best in the business and I am excited to work with such a strong team.
Born and raised in Ohio, I am a proud University of Cincinnati alum who stumbled into a career path involving Salesforce.com over 6 years ago. I am a Salesforce.com MVP, Certified Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant, and Certified Administrator. My wife and I along with our four dogs have recently relocated from Milford, OH to Chicago, IL.
At Bluewolf our practice doesn't exist in a vacuum; we are constantly staying on top of what's new and relevant to better serve our clients, and it shows by all the innovative solutions we create in our Beyond team. I love the fact that I work, collaborate, and learn with a whipsmart crew of people with all different origin stories and knowledge backgrounds. With Bluewolf, I found an environment that isn't a series of 'can'ts', but rather solution-focused.
Native of Buffalo, NY where I learned to walk softly and carry a big shovel, I graduated with a BA in Journalism and American History from SUNY Purchase College. Literally the day after graduation I moved to New York to pursue a professional career; working as a freelancer, venue-runner, and eBook project manager along the way. As a result I have an interest in urban planning, a good sense of direction, and possess an unhealthy wealth of random factual information.
Passion runs throughout Bluewolf's company culture. The responsiveness mixed with dedication to client satisfaction and creativity is something I didn't expect. To me, the people that work at Bluewolf truly represent the talent of the future. Everyday I am inspired by the efforts of those around me, and I am proud to be part of this amazing team.
Broad range of experience in marketing and development. I've worked with organizations large and small in both the private and public sectors in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Hawaii planning, implementing, and tracking targeted marketing campaigns to increase revenues. I earned my Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, and International Relations from the University of California, Riverside.

I have been working at Bluewolf full-time (less than a year)Pros
People: I have yet to meet someone here that I don't like. Whatever work I'm doing aside, it's the people that make a job pleasant or not, and I truly enjoy coming to work every day. Everyone here is smart as well, which makes for a good environment in which to learn and grow.
Possibilities: You can essentially go in any direction here--choose what you want to learn/do, and go do it.
Good balance between independence/support: I'm not micro-managed in any way, either by my direct supervisor or by the company (no vacation policy, etc.). At the same time, I receive so much support and encouragement. There's always someone to turn to for advice, one-on-ones every other week and periodically, etc. There are people rooting for me and behind me, but no one on top of me.Cons
So far, I honestly can't think of anything. Working at Bluewolf has been a great experience. The ABE program has been the perfect transition for me from college to the working world, and I can easily see the potential to grow here and stay around for a while.Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Application Details
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Bluewolf.Interview Details
Contacted by Vaughn from BlueWolf via LinkedIn. We scheduled a phone interview and we spoke about the position. It wasn't very detailed, mostly spoke about how young and cool everyone is at BlueWolf. He scheduled an interview with the QA Architect.
The phone interview with the QA Architect went really well. It seemed I was over qualified. The position of QA Engineer turned out to be almost all following test scripts, step by step process. Basically, you get a bunch of documents that tell you what to do step by step.
What really upset me was that there were several times where I made time for the interview and it turned out they had to reschedule. Also, they never followed up on
the process--very unprofessional. BInterview Questions
