I have been working at Boies Schiller & Flexner full-time

Brilliantly-minded people who are very willing to educate others. Those around you inspire you to be greater, to learn more, to apply yourself constantly, and to push your intellectual boundaries.

The pay is not "competitive", there is a very loosely defined company structure, although that can be considered a positive because it is a very liberal atmosphere where dedication and commitment often go rewarded.

    Advice to Management

Create more of a structured environment that somehow provides more oversight for any/all positions within the firm. Training would be fantastic for administrative positions so that people are better able to provide help without having to outsource their question.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boies Schiller & Flexner in March 2014.

Interviewed with Washington DC office administrator who has been with the firm since its inception. Was a little intimidating at first but thought the interview went well. HR specialist was very nice and informative.
