    Pros

Most of the people there are incredibly friendly and genuine, not too much backstabbing, the employee discount is great, especially since it increases if you've been with the company for more than a year.

    Cons

It seems really difficult to advance. I've seen too many great employees jump ship to other companies. The health insurance isn't really that great. What backstabbing and conniving there is, it's really extreme and it's usually done by the really young employees. I also was told by a co-worker who is gay she's terrified of being open about her life even though the company has an anti-discrimination policy.

    Advice to Management

Improve your training, especially diversity training. Make it easier to advance in the company.
