I worked at BorgWarner Morse TEC full-time for less than a year

I had a great time interning in Borgwarner Morse TEC as a manufacturing engineer. My supervisor cares about my career growth and the entire engineering team is like a family. I had some awesome projects also.

Union culture is hard to get used to. There is a challenge to see changes on the floor.
