I worked at BorgWarner Morse TEC full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I had a great time interning in Borgwarner Morse TEC as a manufacturing engineer. My supervisor cares about my career growth and the entire engineering team is like a family. I had some awesome projects also.

    Cons

Union culture is hard to get used to. There is a challenge to see changes on the floor.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at BorgWarner Morse TEC in December 2013.

    Interview Details

After sending in a resume I had a phone interview with multiple engineers. Questions regarding classes taken and past and current projects were asked. The interview is geared more towards what you are interested in and where you would fit best for the available positions.
