    Pros

Animals in the office, wonderful staff.

    Cons

The leadership is unbelievably disrespectful. The CEO is very inappropriate with his staff, making sexist and flirty comments, and demeaning his employees. The organization itself is not nearly as effective as it could be because the CEO is so stifling of his staff. Employees are micromanaged, disempowered, and not given any opportunities for true input or growth. He literally refers to all the employees as his "assistants" and expects all of them to be on board for babysitting his daughter and making him coffee. No surprise that he cannot keep staff and employees move on to better organizations.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
