    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bosch Rexroth (Germany).


    Nach einer online Bewerbung, fand in der folgenden Woche ein Telefon Interview statt. Danach kam schon das assessment Center. Meine Erfahrung in den zwei Tagen ist durchweg positiv trotz der Absage. Die Atmosphäre war sehr freundlich, die Organisation gut und die Interview Partner nett. Ich finde, dass auch ich die Chance hatte, die Firma und seine Mitarbeiter kennenzulernen und nicht nur andersherum. Das beste war, dass ich ein ausführliches Feedback erhalten habe, dass mir später noch viel geholfen hat.
