    I worked at Boscov's

Liked the incentives offered for hard workers. Always felt recognized and appreciated. Liked how it was possible to actual help customers instead of take their $ and push them out of the door.

Bathroom/ break room too far from all the departments. Didn't feel well versed on company services for pt employees, and the other employees where not friendly unless in your department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe hold a store meeting at night around. 6 or after close to make sure everyone is up to date. Make sure there is back up for short departments with only one employee.

It's a regular sales associate interview. If you're not an idiot you can answer all questions appropriately and honestly even if you don't you'll probably still get the job. Final Comments: Display common sense and a modicum of decorum.

    Interview Questions
    • Nothing. It's essentially a minimum wage job. They're not asking tough questions.   Answer Question
