I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bottega Veneta (New York, NY) in March 2015.

Applied online and received a response the same day. Met with HR Coordinator the following week and met with the CEO about a week after that. They both spoke about the Bottega Veneta brand, current projects and what the EA position required. HR Coordinator was very kind, gracious; she was all ears, genuinely cared about what I had to say and really prompt and aware about getting back to me every step of the way -- which is very unusual and something lacking in fashion HR. She was also punctual on dates and very considerate about my time. CEO was also a very nice guy who spoke to me about his background and gave me some advice for my career. I thought the interview went well but I believe he ultimately (and unfortunately, for my end) chose an alternative candidate for the position. Very unfortunate being that I would have absolutely loved to have worked there...
