I worked at Bottega Veneta as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    Comfortable office environment
Treated all employees, including interns, with respect- I was never asked to run personal errands
In addition to the daily assignments that were outlined in the job description I was also given a few larger projects that I had more control over

    Cons

    This was an unpaid position
Small team so it is unlikely that you will be hired after working here unless someone moves on to a different position

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Interview Details

Most interviews are based on referrals.
If you know anyone in the company, your chances are better than simply dropping off a resume.
Management tends to move quickly. If you can get there attention from the beginning and keep them intrigued, you are sure to land the job.
Provide visual examples such as spread sheets, illustrations etc.. on how you would make/save the company money and how you have done so in past companies.

    Negotiation Details
Offers are pretty competitive. If too low, try to negotiate a raise down the line. Work is constant with overtime being available. Experience is more valuable.
