    Pros

    Inside sales supervisor is the best I've ever worked for. Amazing dedication to improving the team and each individual. Company is solid with quality products and value. Don't forget Tony in the Blue Glass cafe making amazing breakfast for cheap!

    Cons

    Lots of change which can be good or bad. Commission relies on field sales results and not all individual results.

    Advice to Management

    Pay for performance, incentivize extra effort and reward good behaviors. Pay the taxes on presidents club awards for people so they don't have to.

    I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Brady (Milwaukee, WI) in April 2015.

    Interview

    Initially the process consisted of three phone interviews with HR and hiring managers. The second phase was to fly to the company HQ for a face to face with four individuals. The entire process took about three months due to scheduling.

    Reasons for Declining

    During the interview, I had the impression that the new role was somewhat unstable due to the lack of clear expectations and marketing with the product lines. I had specific questions that went unanswered and the compensation was very vague as to how bonuses and commissions could be earned. I am not for certain that the hiring managers were intentionally trying to mislead anyone, yet they were definitely a little disorganized and unprepared for the interview.
