I have been working at Brand Energy And Infrastructure Services full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Provides training for Project Managers, Superintendents and promising employees. Office culture is the same as most places. You will always have "that one guy"

    Cons

There is no definitive career path. It is luck of the draw sometimes. You have to earn your time off based on hours work and other aspects.
