    I worked at Brandsmart USA part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It was a positive & open environment with a freedom to focus on customers in a non-agressive way and explain technology to meet their needs

    Cons

    Draw pay did not include many opportunities to make more than the hourly wage (other than pushing over-priced accessories to customers)

    Advice to Management

    Create bonus sales goals

    I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brandsmart USA in November 2013.

    applied got a call back within a week had one interview it was pretty easy took my drug test same day and they ran my background and started worked the following week
