Kincora Copper Limited (formerly Brazilian Diamonds) hopes to be transformed into wealthy prince. Its name is a bit deceptive, as it still searches for gems in Brazil, but also seeks copper in Asia. The company explores for diamonds on its Serra da Canastra, Santo Antonio do Bonito, and Abaeté River projects, but following merger in 2011, is also searching for copper deposits at its Bronze Fox Project in Mongolia. In a reverse merger, Brazilian Diamonds acquired 75% of Kincora Copper in a deal that left former owner Oringo Partners with a 25% stake in the enterprise.
