Interviewed with a staffing agency via telephone then in person. I then interviewed with a training manager from Bremer Bank at their phone bank. Interview was your basic situation scenario type of questions. If you have been in customer service, the interview will be a breeze. Hired the same day after interviewing with training manager.
- The interviewing questions were very basic. Focus on the Otto Bremer Foundation and what it does for the community. Focus on providing great customer service. Touch on your sales skills. Ask questions about advancement opportunities. No questions were unexpected or difficult. More of a personality based interview versus skill set seeking type of interview. Answer Question
