    Pros

    The pay is decent for a CNA job and the hours are flexible. The work is relatively easy and enjoyable.

    Cons

    The management is disorganized and bad at communicating. The scheduling process is extremely unorganized. There were several times where schedules were changed last minute without my knowledge, leading to a no-show or 2 people were scheduled for the same shift. A lot of housework, sometimes more than actual care.

    Advice to Management

    If the weekly schedule is changed from the original doc that was emailed, it is necessary to notify the person that his/her schedule has changed. You cannot expect the employee to know that their day off is now a scheduled work day without a phone call or email.

    50 nursing assistant questions test Interview with RN-includes skills test Interview with owner After which you fill out paperwork and submit documentation. There is also an orientation where you watch videos and have questions answered by care coordinator.
