I have been working at Brightstar full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of exposure to lots of things quickly. Gave me an opportunity to hone my skills and work on many projects at the same time.

    Cons

Hard for a work life balance sometimes. I can't take a day off just to do things around the house or have a day to myself. No down time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have some vision. Give the good people a little break. Don't allow the slackers to stay just because you don't want to lose a butt in the seat at the moment.

    Interview Details

I was pretty much disappointed. It took long time to have an interview scheduled. Phone interview was OK, face-face interview instead ended up to a very general interview instead of going deeper in the job specifications. After spending quite some time in this process, no feedback was given by the company, which for a senior (Director) level job is not that fair, even if you did not like the candidate. HR must be able to say why your profile did not fit, especially when recruiting for senior roles.
