    Company really knows how to take care of employees. Offered many opportunities for advancement. Decent benefits for a restaurant.


    Frequent changes in direction, too many discounts, attracted the wrong crowd to a once very nice area. In the seven years i was there i probably worked for at least twenty different managers.

    Advice to Management

    Bring Back LOU!! Lou kept everyone in line, you always knew where you stood with him. Goals and expectations were always communicated clearly.

    I applied in-person. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Brio Bravo Restaurant Group.


    Came in and Filled out an application. The next day I got a call to come in for an interview. I applied as a hostess, but received an offer to be a server. (I had no experience) Training was provided!
