    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at British Transport Police full-time (More than 8 years)

Due to experiences at hands of incompetent and corrupt management nothing to add that would be or could be considered Pros for the purpose of overview.

Incompetent and corrupt management unwilling and unable to offer duty of care to staff if it doesn't suit the forces objectives and costs money.

    Advice to Management

Corporate bullying and intimidation is unacceptable. These incidents must be dealt with in a manner that is in accordance with discipline codes and not brushed under the carpet if you are a senior rank.
