    Pros

Free lunches once a month, free coffee/hot chocolate, flexible management, once you're in the pack, you're family.

    Cons

Work can be hectic, competitiveness is encouraged, "meritocracy" is their mantra, the mindset is dumped on you and you're expected to become like the rest of them. Sometimes I feel i'm trapped into their unhealthy mindset.

    Advice to Management

Pull it off, become a big organization and setup procedures for your processes.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at BroadSign (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in January 2015.

    Interview

There was a first phone interview with the recruiter with general questions, salary, availability, background, etc... Before proceeding to the next step, they sent me an online coding test to evaluate my technical skills. The third step was an in-person interview with the recruiter, a software architect and a senior developer.

    Interview Questions

    • How many computers do you have at home? What would your manager say about you? Do you know any design patterns?   Answer Question
