Management - same folks who created the product 15 years ago are the ones who took it public and run it now. Revenue is invested back to the company, not in crazy salary/perks for management

Interview Details – I went to THREE interviews at Broadsoft. The final interview was a lunch interview with three attorneys. It was awkward because I knew that they were leaning towards another candidate and I had to truly sell myself. I ultimately did not receive an offer. I was okay with that.Full Interview
