    I applied through other source – interviewed at BroadSoft.

    Interview Details

    Where to start. Interviewer, a senior staff at the firm ran late, (but did have courtesy to call). Immediately on connecting, he began to rapid fire questions like a drill instructor, even using terms like "...that's not good enough. Tell me EXACTLY what you did..." I'm a seasoned consultant (read decades of experience) and he treated me as if I were some minion. Just from his demeanor, there is no way I'd join his BroadSoft. If they hire folks that devalue people on the first interview, I'd suggest they aren't going to get top-notch talent.
