    I worked at Brown Printing full-time (more than 10 years)


    Brown was a great company to work for I was there for 15 yrs Started as an asst operator moved to master in 3 yrs pay was excellent!!


    To many supervisors that didnt really understand what we are going through out on the floor.. To many cheifs not enough Indians..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Come on out and walk in our shoes for a day!!

    I applied in-person. The process took a dayinterviewed at Brown Printing.

    Interview Details

    One interview, casual, normal questions. Went in a room with two leads. They had a sheet with normal questions. Said they had others to also interview and would get back to me. I received a phone call as well as an official offer letter.
