I worked at Bsnl full-time for more than 10 years

Company has the best technical staff any telecom company would or should have. Even though currently running in losses, it has the capability to come back to its old glory.

The compensation is good on par with IT employees, but there are staff who are simply sitting and monthly getting. Being a Government organization, taking action on unproductive staff is highly impossible.
