    Pros

    Not having a background in sales was no issue. The training you receive is very hands on and Buckeye does not just through you out on to the streets to sell. They do a great deal of promoting from within the company. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. I like the fact that I am not stuck behind a desk and that its not door to door sales. There is a great work atmosphere and you definitely reap what you sew as far as hard work pays off.

    Cons

    Being impatient does not help your cause, sometimes your hard work takes time to come to fruition. There is a good deal of driving. it'd be nice to have a table of some sort because since you are on the road a good amount you need to get something to a customer right away and even though you do have a iPhone 6 you can't get some projects done on your phone.

    I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Buckeye International, Inc. in December 2014.

    Interview Details

    Was first contacted by Buckeye's corporate office. I was given an overview of the company and the position, and their Sales Management Program. I then went in for an interview with the branch manager. The 2nd interview was a phone interview. About a week later, I received an offer from the branch manager and accepted the position.

    • I didn't think that there were any goofy or stupid interview questions. They were pretty fair. The 1st interview in person lasted about an hour and the phone interview lasted about 45 minutes.   View Answer
