    Friendly people, interesting products, good industry, management is usually reasonable in their demands, compensation and benefits are in line with the industry

    Cons

    Lack of communication from all areas of the organization cause confusion and many problems. Lack of direction in many departments.

    Work to standardize processes, develop appropriate communication channels and systems to resolve issues throughout the organization, encourage training for younger employees.
