    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks - interviewed at Buffalo Lodging Associates in May 2014.

    Interview Details

    Applied online via hcareers.com. Received call about my resume after one month. Met with HR and General Manager of property. Asked a bunch of questions, received a property review, and said they would be in contact. Two days later received a call from General Manager to come in for a second interview. I arrived and went over the pay, benefits, start date, etc., and asked to do a Background Check before starting. Clean background but took ONE MONTH to come back...awful!! Once background check came back, went back to property to sign offer letter.

    Negotiate the salary. It is a weekly salary, not annual. Lets say for example, your salary is 500 per week, if you do NOT work 40 hours that week, they will lower the salary for that week.
