    Pros

It was a comfortable job and enjoyed the people that I worked with

    Cons

the store was not built out to be as efficient as possible. Clothes were being stuffed everywhere and general care of the product was not able to be maintained due to lack of space

    Advice to Management

Please take care of your seasonal employees as well.

The process was straight forward. It started with a HR phone screen, then a 1 on 1 interview with the Director and ended with a 1 on 1 interview with the VP. A few days later I spoke with HR to negotiate Salary.
