We are passionate about our community—both locally and globally. The C Space Volunteer Committee was developed as a means for our staff not only to give back, but also to further enrich the work experience for our employees. It allows us to make meaningful contributions to select causes and enables colleagues to share and gather support. It also offers colleagues the opportunity to use their allocated volunteer time year-round and, together, spread the word about our efforts on causes that often could use a little attention.
In addition to our corporate contributions, our staff contributes time, energy and money to over 100 charitable organizations every year.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at C Space (Boston, MA) in March 2015.
The first round was a phone interview with the recruiter. It was very relaxed, we just spoke about my past experiences and what I had learned from previous internships. We talked about the company and why I was interested, as well as why I believed I was a good fit I talked about past work experiences that had prepared me to take on the role they wanted at Communsipace and how i had developed the necessary skills.
