    Application Details

I applied in-person. The process took a dayinterviewed at C&J Clark in June 2013.

    Interview Details

The interview was in a group of about 10 people and it was very role play focused. They gave us all a random item and asked us to sell it to everyone else in the group. We then had to choose a pair of shoes for the person sitting next to us, find their size in the stock room and try and sell them the pair of shoes. We were also each given one typical interview question such as "Can you describe a time when you have exceeded expectations?"

    Interview Questions
    • The hardest question anyone got was probably "Can you describe a time when you where in a team that was not performing and managed to turn things around?"   Answer Question
