I have been working at C&R Research full-time (More than 5 years)
A lot of smart people work at C+R. Many are young, just out of school and are looking to get some market research experience. The company has a wide range of clients, and they work with a lot of industries. So junior employees can learn and gain skills. Senior leaders try to keep things fun with company outings, lunches, and birthday celebrations.
The workload can get intense because clients can be demanding. Also, the pace of work is increasing so employees have to think and produce quickly. Things can get uncomfortable when "everything" is a priority.
Advice to Management
I think compensation could/should be higher, especially at the lower levels. Pay rates just don't seem competitive, especially given the heavy workload

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at C&R Research.
One phone interview followed by three consecutive in person interviews. Each interview was with a different team within the company. Each interview lasted an average of 30 minutes and each team used many of the same questions when interviewing.
