    I have been working at C3i full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    The job is not real hard. As long as you put in the effort there are great opportunities for advancement. Everyone is very friendly and most everyone is willing to help each other to get a job done. They also great benefit package.

    Cons

    The pay increase that is given with promotions could be better based on the additional responsibilities.

They wanted to know how I would deal with the job and if I speak English fluently. the interview consisted of questions and answers mostly about my life, experience and education. I had to answer questions about my CV. it was not very hard because I was well prepared.
