I worked at CAF USA full-time (More than a year)RecommendsNeutral OutlookRecommendsNeutral Outlook
The staff at CAF USA Inc allowed me to work in several departments. The staff and co-workers were casual and non compliant to the politically correct manor in which most companies opporate. Advancement easy. One could become comfortable with working at CAF USA Inc.
At times working for a foreign company challenged my ability to adapt to a diverse client and their work ethics, but is was also rewarding. However because of my self starter work ethics I was honored with the opportunity to work individually or with a team to make suggestions, revisions, and modifications to blue prints and drawings, etc. Working for this company allowed me to learn more about the administrative aspect to industrial production. I learned more from this company than I thought I was capable of. I often wonder now if that was a blessing or a curse.
Advice to Management
My advise for the management at CAF USA Inc is to allow the international (American) work ethics to be a part of consideration when it comes to social policy, diversity, meeting the clients expectations, and compensations.
