    Pros

Flexible hours, ability to telecommute, San Francisco location, multitude of online properties provide diversified data sets to work with, colleagues are nice and supportive.

    Cons

CBS Interactive provides only 2 weeks PTO, the geographically dispersed nature of teams can sometimes be a disadvantage, technology stack is not bleeding edge but pretty up to date.
