    Pros

    Pros: Lots of hands-on experience, opportunity to learn a lot, and an up-close look at the radio industry.

    Cons

    There was no pay, and my hours were 5a-9a. I can't complain, because I knew what I was getting myself into. But down the road, pay would be nice!

    I was screened by the office manager, general questions about my work ethic. Then was called in for a second interview with the General Sales Manager. Was asked about my life goals, and if I saw a future in Ad Sales.
