    Pros

Great place to work - you are surrounded by genuinely good, intelligent, and hard working people who care about making a difference for others. Fast-paced environment where you get to be involved in many different things and have a voice.

    Cons

As with any non-profit, resources can feel scarce at times. Both Technology and Educational landscapes are ever changing, making it challenging to keep up.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at CFY in June 2015.

    Interview

It was a very welcoming interview that consisted of three parts phone interview, 1 to 1 interview and then group interview. The questions were normal I review questions that cover background and experience. It also required some situational questions.
