I worked at CGI full-time (More than 3 years)
Good folks to work with. Management / Team members were helpful and made work not feel like work. Corporate environment balances work and personal life very well. Goals are reasonable and well thought out for optimum performance. Career growth was emphasized.
Not much to say here. Just regular nit-picking stuff.

Keep the balance between office and personal life of employees. This really helped me want to give 100% to my work.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CGI (Belton, TX).
All day affair. Group meeting with three individual interviews. One technical. They did reimburse me gas money and some others stayed in hotels. Several different positions being interviewed. There was no phone screening, just called and asked for a whole day. Spent most of the hearing why the company is great, first from an exec then from HR rep. Provided lunch with current employees, some of whom seemed less than eager to talk to us in exchange for their deli sandwich. Then three interviews and a long drive home.

On June 1, CGI welcomed 65 students into our 2015 Summer Internship Program, which runs for 10 weeks in 20 of our offices across the U.S. Throughout the summer, our interns will support a range of projects. In addition to daily responsibilities within project teams, interns will gain exposure to CGI’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and have the opportunity to interact with our leadership team. Interns will also be invited to participate in social club events, providing the young recruits with valuable networking opportunities.
